Technologies

We have a wide range of technologies for processing all kinds of materials.

During our twenty years on the market, we have been able to tailor our production machinery to meet both our requirements and the specific needs of our customers. We are constantly monitoring the latest trends in the field of converting and we then adapt them to our conditions so that we can perfectly meet customer requirements. Most of our production is serial manufacturing, but thanks to our high flexibility we can even satisfy specific one-off orders or serial production. Part of our customer service includes making samples and consulting directly with the customer.

Our state-of-the-art machinery means we can produce large commissions in the order of millions as well as smaller ones, even down to a single item.

Die-cutting

Die-cutting cuts through the material itself and the carrier layer, which can be silicone paper or foil. Thus, we can adapt die-cutting production to the nature of the material as well as to the size of your order.

Kiss-cutting

Kiss-cutting only cuts the material that is to remain on the carrier layer, which may be silicone paper or foil.

After kiss-cutting the finished products remain on the roll or sheet, which makes it very easy to remove the cut from the base layer and it is thus possible to use the cuts, for example during machining.

Longitudinal cutting

Longitudinal cutting is done on a band saw and on a special Imesa machine for longitudinal cutting. The maximum material thickness is up to 250 mm.

Laser cutting

Cutting materials such as anti-slip tapes or thicker plastics that cannot be cut on plotters or die cut.

Plotter cutting

Cutting plotters bring huge variability to our production. They make it possible to cut shapes that are technically very complex, which can be cut into pieces, but also cut into rolls.

Cutting to the required width

Very often, when gluing with tape, you may encounter a situation where the standard tape widths simply aren’t enough. Our company has machinery for cutting adhesive tapes, and many other materials, into rolls.

3D printing

In 2019, we expanded our machine park with 3 FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling) 3D printers. This printing technology heats thermoplastic material to create the finished product layer by layer.

Laminating

Lamination is a process in which two or more materials are joined to make use of the different properties of each individual material in a single product. We have the technology for single-sided and double-sided lamination.
